PikiP Solar Speakers signs two custom projects with Paul Emilieu
PikiP Solar Speakers signs two new collaborations with Paul Emilieu: unique speakers with a distinctive design.

PikiP Solar Speakers signs two new collaborations with designer Paul Emilieu, two one-off, custom-made pieces created for installations imagined by the designer and interior architect.

1 - Salon Les Nouveaux Ensembliers: the nomadic embassy
Organised by the Mobilier National and the Manufactures Nationales, the Salon Les Nouveaux Ensembliers (14 Oct. - 2 Nov. 2025) extends the spirit of the 1925 Exposition. There, Paul Emilieu designs a modular, reversible and transportable installation made from textiles and reclaimed objects.
At its centre, a self-powered PikiP speaker painted by Pierre Yves Morel accompanies receptions and conferences:
- Top: a VCH30 (Stage LT range), a multi-entry horn, 2x 8" + 1.4" compression driver, worked vertically to tighten horizontal directivity to 30 degrees.
- Bass: custom "roman column" enclosure, 12" bass-reflex.
- Overall bandwidth: 45 Hz - 18 kHz at high efficiency.
- Pedestal housing amplifiers and DSP, solar power with a 3,000 W inverter for the sound system and the whole embassy.

2 - The artists' studios at Villa Hegra
For the Villa Hegra (AlUla, Saudi Arabia), Paul Emilieu designs mobile, modular furniture for artist residencies. PikiP integrates a fully solar and self-powered sound system there, detailed in our dedicated article.
